FAQ
Shipping:
I currently ship USPS. A flat fee of $10 per shipment will include insurance.
Returns and Exchanges:
I am a small (One Woman Show) Business. I offer a 15 day (from date of receipt) return of items if you are not satisfied for whatever reason. I will credit the original card you used to purchase the item and a 3% restocking fee will be charged to cover the credit card fees.
Customer is responsible for shipping and insurance of the returned item via USPS.
Please contact me prior to shipping, so I know to look out for your item.
After 15 days products can be exchanged or returned for shop credit. Returns after 30 days are non-refundable, but I will issue you a shop credit.
I can do custom orders. $100 up front deposit is required when we begin the design process. Full payment is due prior to shipment of the item (items). There are no refunds on custom items. The craftsmanship guarantee does apply to custom items.
Craftsmanship:
I guarantee my craftsmanship up to 1 year from the date of purchase. Broken wire or findings can be repaired and I will be happy to fix them for you. Broken stones may or may not be able to be replaced due to availability. If your piece is dropped and a stone breaks, please understand they are natural stones and can break on impact with a hard surface. I will do the best to replace broken stones on a case by case basis, and at a reasonable price.
